Eph 1 & 2 written to believers/those spiritually sealed (2 Cor 1:22, 5:5, Eph 1:14, 4:30, 2 Timothy 1:14)
Eph 2:
1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
(MY NOTE: Belief/faith in Christ has quickened = made you SPIRITUALLY alive)
5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved
(MY NOTE: Before you believed, said or did anything, Christ paid your sin debt & was raised for your justification (Rom 4:25). Belief/faith in Christ's sin payment & resurrection quickened/made you SPIRITUALLY alive)
11 Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;
12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:
(MY NOTE: All gentiles were aliens from physical Israel. Strangers living outside the covenants of promise, having no hope, living without God)
13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
(MY NOTE: In the Temple stood a partition wall. No gentile could go beyond this dividing wall, where Torah was read)
15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
(MY NOTE: Christ's sin payment & resurrection retired Mosaic covenants written on stone. Christ's baptism with the indwelling Holy Spirit (Matt 3:11). This gift is given to whoever believes/places their faith in Jesus's sin payment & resurrection. This new covenant, SPIRITUALLY written in your heart (2 Cor 3:2-3, Heb 8:10) & advocated by our High Priest (Heb 4:14, 1 Jn 2:1-2) after the order of Melchizedek, (Heb 5:6, 6:20, 7:15) whether Jew or Gentile (Rom 1:16, Rom 10:12, Gal 3:28, Col 3:11)
16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
(MY NOTE: Believers are reconciled via belief/placing their faith in Jesus sin payment & resurrection)
17 And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.
18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.
(NOTE: Reconciliation is by grace thru faith & SPIRITUALLY accessed (Rom 5:1-2, Eph 2:8) whether Jew or Gentile)
19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
(MY NOTE: Once Christ baptizes with the indwelling Holy Spirit. You become a citizen of God's house. Also see Phil 3:20)
There is a spiritual Israel which ALL believer's Gentile or Jew are grafted into via Christ's baptism with God's indwelling Holy Spirit.
There is also a physical Israel that will one day also by faith become part of spiritual Israel as well.
Rom 9:
6 Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:
7 Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called.
8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.
(NOTE: In Isaac (God's Gen 12 seed promise to Abram & Sara) shall thy seed (not seeds Gal 3:16 - ultimately Jesus) be called)
Gal 4:
22 For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman.
23 But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise.
24 Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar.
(MY NOTE: Children of the Sinai covenant are physical Israel)
25 For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children.
26 But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.
(MY NOTE: Children born Spiritually via the King from/of the Heavenly Jerusalem which is the spiritual mother of ALL believers)
27 For it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an husband.
28 Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.
(MY NOTE: God's children of promise to Abram. Was seen in resurrection power & is realized by every believer when, by grace thru faith they receive God's promised gift of His indwelling Holy Spirit)
Finally: At the end of the Great tribulation, when surrounded by overwhelming forces, having no hope & faced with certain defeat. The LORD will show up & destroy Israel's enemies. And when they see the One they pierced (Zec 12:10 & Jn 19:37) they will finally say "Baruch Ha Ba B'Shem Adonai = "Blessed is he who comes in the name of the LORD" (Matt 21:9 & Psalms 118:26) & all of Israel shall be saved: as it is written (Isa 59:20 & Rom 11:26).

26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes.
29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.
