Was having difficulty concentrating at work today. Dear God I'm past the halfway point of this fast...bleh...please help me to not give up:

You know when you're losing weight and you're getting close to losing all of it...but that last bit of stubborn belly fat is in the way? That is what I'm experiencing with this fast:

Not feeling the greatest this week...sigh...feels like I hit a major road block and it's frustratingly difficult to get past it:

Oh man...lol! So inside I'm super happy that it's Sabbath yet, another part of me is being tested emotionally and spiritually! Who knew you could go through a spiritual and emotional detox?

Wow! Finally the Sabbath is just around the corner! People if you have not already begun to observe the Sabbath (from sunrise to sunset on Saturday that is) then I highly suggest you do! There's nothing better than the feeling that you can end the work week with a whole day of rest and...

Alright so last week was very challenging and I was wondering if I would make it emotionally...bleh...lol! Who knew getting in touch with your feelings could be so much work? Anyways I hope you all are enjoying following me along on my journey:

Woke up sore today lol! Moving furniture and condensing a hoarders house! Ha ha ha feels like I'm deep cleaning my own house each time I help my clients declutter their space:

Okay Sabbath is coming soon and I'm really looking forward to it! Great to have thatbreak at the end of every work week!
