  5. CF Staff, Angels and Ambassadors; ask that you join us in praying for the world in this difficult time, asking our Holy Father to stop the spread of the virus, and for healing of all affected.
  6. We are no longer allowing posts or threads that deny the existence of Covid-19. Members have lost loved ones to this virus and are grieving. As a Christian site, we do not need to add to the pain of the loss by allowing posts that deny the existence of the virus that killed their loved one. Future post denying the Covid-19 existence, calling it a hoax, will be addressed via the warning system.

  1. Listening to God

I'm currently reading a collection of books by Joyce Meyer on depression, stress, fear, insecurity-- all of those negative emotions that seem to tackle us and prevent us from having positive, uplifting, and rewarding lives. A passage came up in a section titled "The Promptings of the Spirit" that spoke to me. 3. Chapter 1-- The Sacramental Principle

Questions for Discussion and Reflection after Chapter 1: 1. Had you ever considered the "Catholic way of seeing God and creation" in terms of sacramental principle? In the reading, it was discussed that the sacramental principle was God being present to the whole world-- showing His whole Self in and through creation. So when I observe creation (which includes "people, things, and events") I'm seeing God. It's...
  4. The Privilege of Being Catholic by Father Oscar Lukefahr, C.M.

I received the book through an online Catholic study site, located at this site: Catholic Home Study Service Since the book includes some questions at the end of the chapter, I need a place where I can write down my thoughts and so I have decided to use my account blog here at CF. Members are encouraged to respond if they come across these blog entries and wish to share some encouragement or thoughts...
