Scripture: Isaiah 63
According to this news article I read, Pope Francis indicated that this “hierarchy” of which he speaks is not like that of the powerful of the world, i.e. the N.W.O. (Elite, Bilderbergs, Trilateral Commission, Council on Foreign Relations, et al). He described the “hierarchy” of which he speaks as an “upside-down pyramid,” which has to do with reversal of the old order so that the old order of things is on the bottom and the new order is on top.
The pyramid of the New World Order with the All-Seeing Eye hovering overhead is not being turned upside down, in other words. The world is being turned upside-down. What the Pope is evidently describing is a rebellion, an abandonment of the old order of things, i.e. a subversion, which is a “systematic attempt to overthrow a government or a political system by persons who work secretly from within” (M-W), i.e. they are a shadow government working from within countries or religious systems in order to overthrow them and to make way for the New World Order “Beast” to come out of the shadows and to take his throne.
For instance, Barack Obama is not the brains of the US government, i.e. he is a puppet, a figurehead, a lip syncer, a batman suit, with the batman character being the persona of Bruce Wayne, i.e. the Elite of this world who really run the world. In other words, Obama is the face and voice of the New World Order, as is the Pope, and many others, perhaps, but it is this shadow government working behind the scenes in our nation which is the one truly calling all the shots and making the decisions. Obama just follows orders. Period!
So, when our government (our present administration in the White House) makes decisions, or goes into other nations and invades them, or strikes other nations or peoples, it is this shadow government driving from the “backseat,” so to speak. In other words, what we see and what we think is the “real world” in many cases is just a façade, and the world we think exists is not real at all, but much of it is just a fabrication from the minds of the Elite.

Scripture: Revelation 15
To understand who these conquerors are, we must first of all understand the meaning of the beast, its image and the number of its name. That takes us back to Revelation 13.
From what I understand, the beast out of the sea is a one-world government, i.e. the New World Order, which is presently forming and is rising to power in our day and time. This global order is ruled by the wealthy and powerful, i.e. by the elite of the world. It is comprised of the Bilderbergs, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, various heads of state, bankers, CEOs of corporations, NATO and the UN, etc. They serve, at least in America, as a shadow (de facto) government behind our legal government. In other words, they are truly the ones who make the decisions for what happens in the USA and in the rest of the world.
There is a second beast, though, and this one comes out of the earth. It is two-horned. A horn is a symbol of power. Horns generally stand for people (or groups of people) in positions of authority (rule).
This beast is the false prophet, i.e. the antichrist, i.e. a wolf in sheep’s clothing. I have, at times, seen this second beast in the persons of Barack Obama and Pope Francis, both representing the false (state) church. These two individuals, and other governmental and church leaders worldwide, have spoken much about bringing the religions of the world, and the people of the world, of all walks of life, together as one. They talk much about unity among all people of the world and of how we need to do away with all that divides us as the people of the world so that we can live together in unity as one people. This second beast is about leading the people of the world into a one-world religion.
The first beast (out of the sea) – New World Order - has been given power to make war against the saints (followers of Christ) and to conquer them. This second beast (out of the earth) – false prophet - exercises all the authority of the first beast on his behalf, and he makes the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast. This second beast – false prophet – false church – antichrist – is a great deceiver. He ordered the people of the earth to set up an image in honor of the first beast – this one world government.

Scripture: Haggai 2
There are many prophecies in both the Old Testament and in the New Testament concerning these last days before the return of Christ, and in particular concerning the times spoken of in the book of Revelation. And, many of them are being fulfilled in our day and time, though I certainly don’t know God’s timetable in all of this.
What I do know, though, is that what was prophesied in Revelation 13 is happening today, and it has been happening for some time. The beast, although maybe not in its final form, has been rising, and has been conquering nations, peoples and Christians. An image of this beast, which could very well be television, has been set up, and people are bowing down and are worshiping it, for sure. And, God is using this beast (including the US government, which I believe is the harlot), as his divine instruments of judgment on the people of this earth.
One of the main purposes, I believe, for these judgments is to bring people to faith in Jesus Christ and to revive Christ’s church before he comes back to take us home to be with him. I believe America is already under judgment, and that we are presently being taken down by our own leaders and their allies, and by this “beast” New World Order comprised of the Elite (wealthy and powerful), big banks, CEOs of corporations, the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Bilderbergs, etc.
Americans, for the large part, are being hypnotized by TV and the internet and social media and most have no idea that they are being duped by master manipulators, and that what they see on TV is mostly fake, and is for their distraction. But, there are many who do have their eyes opened, too, and who know what is going on, though many of them don’t know Christ, at all, but some do.
I know all this doesn’t sound hopeful, but it is, because through judgment (divine discipline and correction), and through persecution of the church, people are coming to faith in Jesus Christ, and the church is being revived or it will be revived, and God will restore, renew and will rebuild his church – his saints – and he will make us even better than before, I believe.

Scripture: Proverbs 17
The US government, thus, is very much involved in the persecution and killing of Christians world-wide. ISIS, the Taliban, Al Qaeda, etc. all work for or with them. And, they are pushing Christians here in the USA to get rid of all which divides them from the rest of the world’s population, namely to reject the gospel of our salvation and to deny our Lord.
But, they do not do this independently. They work for a shadow government of the elite, wealthy and powerful of the world, who are the de facto government of the USA. This shadow government is equal to the all-seeing eye hovering over the top of an unfinished pyramid on our national seal. It is symbolic of the elite of the world who are the ones ruling the world. What many people do not realize, because this is well hidden, is that they are primarily Jewish, i.e. this is all about Jewish world domination, and the hiding of this is one of the greatest deceptions ever propagated, especially to Christians.
This all-seeing eye includes the Bilderberg Group, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, the IMF, the World Bank, the Federal Reserve, etc. This is the beast of Revelation, the antichrist conquering, killing, destroying and taking over the world, persecuting and killing Christians. Who persecuted and killed Jesus? The Jews. And, many of them are still persecuting and killing Christians, i.e. the ones who are part of this beast.
They are the de facto government of the USA, thus they hover over our capitol in a position of power, rule and authority, plus they hover over our capital (finances), via the Federal Reserve Bank, too, which is not a government agency but is privatized. And, in case you are not aware, our money has absolutely no value to it. Our dollar bills are notes, i.e. they are I.O.U.s. The money is just being loaned to us, and if the loan is ever called, our nation would go belly up. I believe that is where we are headed.
