30 Days of No Junk: Day 1

Today I start my 30 days without chocolate, donuts, chips and just junk in general. My weight is currently 125.7kg and I am around a size 22/24.

I am doing this for a few reasons. The first being to get control over the sugar/junk addiction. People think I am joking when I say that sugar is my drug, but I am not. It is a serious problem that I need to get a handle on. The second reason is to improve how my body physically feels/health and the other reason is to hopefully kickstart some weightloss! Need to lose some serious lard. That itself leads into a whole other list of reasons!

I think initially I am going to have a few probelms with remembering the ban lol so I will need to set up ways to remind myself. I am starting with trying to consciously say to myself no I do not want that, or not right now.

I decided to blog this as a form of accountability, for people to comment with any useful tips or advice, and so it can serve as a reminder to myself as to what I am really doing it and why I am doing it as I tend to have selective memory within a couple of weeks of starting these things lol.
