Here are the oldest Human cities according to God AND the History of Human civilization. The verse is speaking of Nimrod, the son of Cush, one of Noah's grandsons who married and produced children with the descendants of the sons of God (prehistoric people) on our Planet exactly as happened to Cain, on Adam's Earth.
