Do you want the longest word in the language or the longest word that's been used in a dictionary or other published literature? Don't know about the second, but there's no answer to the first. The way we are able to construct new words with affixes precludes it. Antidisestablishmentarianism is a good example--two prefixes and four suffixes attached to a rather common word.
