he's got it wrong.
this is speech who's purpose is to afirm the creative aspects of God Himself.

as such it does not distinguish or discriminate between black or white, rich or poor, native or immigrant, transient or homeowner, etc.

all people at one time were infants in the womb. and as such they are important.
