It's a Russian Orthodox Chant.

It's VERY beautiful!!!

Whenever someone I know has departed, I listen to this chant. It fills my soul with so much comfort.

The musical portion is what the title says: "Memory eternal". The prayer seems a little long to be the usual prayer before the "memory eternal" and I'm not proficient enough at Slavonic to identify it at the moment. The text of the usual prayer is, "Grant rest eternal in blessed repose, O Lord, to Your servant(s) ___, who have (is) fallen asleep, and make their (his, her) memory to be eternal!"

Also, I wasn't aware that Vladimir Miller was a deacon, I suspect this is an error by the video uploader.
