What Does God want?



And since we are his children, we are his heirs. In fact, together with Christ we are heirs of God’s glory. But if we are to share his glory, we must also share his suffering. Romans 8:17 NLT

Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. 1 Cor 10:31 NKJV

For all of God’s promises have been fulfilled in Christ with a resounding “Yes!” And through Christ, our “Amen” (which means “Yes”) ascends to God for his glory
2 Cor 1:20 NLT

We pleaded with you, encouraged you, and urged you to live your lives in a way that God would consider worthy. For he called you to share in his Kingdom and glory 1 Thes 2:12

Simply what does God want from us?
OUR LOVE..that brings him glory through the Son..As we learn to love Jesus and live for him in every area of our lives, we share God's glory thorugh Jesus..We are joint-heirs with Christ if We are his.
All the things we think are so important in life are not..what is important is that whatever we do..that it brings Glory to God..be it eating or drinking, driving a car, how we treat others, paying our taxes, at the supermarket, our thoughts, the way we look at each other, etc.

This is what God simply want's from us..to lift him up with our lives, to walk in the spirit, that Gives us the power to live for God's glory.

So who, you living for? Self.. (with all its sinful desires) or God, with all the desire to share in his glory in the Kingdom.

and all the Children of God say:


"All glory to the only wise God, through Jesus Christ, forever. Amen." Romans 16:27 NLT

Costly gifts and a semblance of holiness cannot win the favor of God. He requires for His mercies a contrite spirit, a heart open to the light of truth, love and compassion for our fellow men.
