Time to head to bed.

Cold.
Alone.
...
And short.

I will try and be less short tomorrow.
Would make pleasing the BMI easier.

Though I fear I may never achieve such heights, I must rise to the challenge; only then may I stand tall. For no man whom grows in height, does so without first growing in determination.

Those tins on the top shelf. They will know my name soon enough.

Would anyone here be interested in doing a regular weight loss thread thingy?
Where we work towards losing a certain amount of weight?(that way no one would need to disclose their weight, as I know some folk may be sensitive about it)

I'm wondering if it would keep me motivated to at least eat well more consistently.
No worries if not.

Mountain Girl already has a thread with that sort of theme. I'll bump it up.

BTW, at 167.64 cm and 81.64 kg I think I qualify for the shortest, fattest poster on TLT.

Thinking about it, I guess now I can be satisfied that I have at least bettered one person's life with my shortness.

Maybe...maybe I shouldn't aspire to new elevations?
My shortness can be used as an implement for good.
As that famous saying goes: "With great shortness, comes great responsibility"
I'm a changed man...who's still short.

Today was a really shi...err, I mean, crappy day.
*sigh*
Feel like I'm trapped in my situation and can do very little to better it, let alone escape it.
...
Step one would probably be getting rid of this chronic lethargy.
Will be seeing psychologist in a month or two, but what could I do in the meantime...
Exercise, eat right and sleep right seem to be the big three. Any other suggestions?

I can relate to your post somewhat. I'm in a job I enjoy, but with the current economic climate in Australia can not expect to improve my paltry wage/salary. it's a pittance to be honest. With retirement getting nearer ever year, I fear a poverty-stricken old age. But then I compare myself to some of these refugees in Europe and I feel guilty for even feeling some self-pity.
I need to follow your example about exercise and nutrition.
Spend an hour a day in a comfortable position like an armchair. Not really meditation. Just listen to your breathing and focus on relaxation. Being kind to yourself. Focus on kind thoughts. A mantra might work. " I'm not perfect but I'm OK' is one I use.

Went to MCM Comic Con yesterday.
Was pretty cool.
Met Stuart Ashen, who is mainly a Youtube famous person.
Other than that...picked up only a few things.
440px-Sega-Saturn-Console-Set-Mk1.jpg
180px-Caratula_Resident_Evil_(Saturn_PAL).jpg

A working Sega Saturn with cables and controller and a Saturn copy of Resident Evil(because Halloween).

Also picked up a pretty cool Alien statuette thingy. Hand welded out of metal and junk. It's seems pretty much solid when handled, and obvious has some weight to it.

Might share some more pictures from the actual event if my brother ever sends them over.
