"Antonio French, the St. Louis alderman who recently announced that he's running for mayor, was watching and tweeting the third presidential debate Wednesday.

"Trump's foreign policy answers sound like a book report from a teenager who hasn't read the book. 'Oh, the grapes! They had so much wrath!'" he wrote.

"Best tweet of the night, bigly!" wrote @MFerg1e.

French continued retweeting others' "book reports," adding the hashtag when necessary. The trend was started..."
