Trump came to Carson's defense Wednesday morning in a tweet that read: "Ben Carson was speaking in general terms as to what he would do if confronted with a gunman, and was not criticizing the victims. Not fair!"

... Trump has come to Carson's defense twice in two weeks, even though Carson has been gaining in the polls and appears to be a threat to Trump's commanding lead.​

You can always expect media to twist anything that is stated. Yet another reason Trump is needed- someone with the capacity to call things for what they are.

People against that sort of capacity is by extension a supporter of lies and deception. Political correctness has turned society into a display of reactionary nonsense.

I like Trump. Given Hillary, Jeb and the Donald ... it's a no-brainer for me.

That said, I'd prefer someone else, but I'm enjoying the show and glad to see a real shake up occurring in the political establishment. Given Boehner's unexpected resignation after just a couple of months of hard-hitting campaigning ... one wonders what additional surprises are in store in the coming months.
