It's a great scam, you don't even need to get out of bed to pull that one, just set up a pay toll number, record a crazy message and set it to auto, when the rubes call in they are charged and the meter just keeps clicking over, worded properly the message can keep them on the line for a couple of minutes, it's taking advantage of desperate people but someone is already doing that everywhere in America now and it's not even against the law, if mugs wants to give their money away who are we to stop them.
