I think there's reason to believe that the end of the world/Second Coming might happen on a Sunday of a week. I'm not saying that it will. It's just that it would seem so since Sunday is the Lord's day. However, Jesus said that he would return sooner but didn't say sooner than what. So we can't be certain the time when he will return, unless it's just about to happen. Jesus said that just before his return the sign of the Cross would appear in the sky, and that's how people can know for sure that it is imminent.
