Would you wish to be taller? Shorter? Fatter? Thinner? More built? Hour glass figure? Square figure?

And no, you have to keep the same head, lol.

Large arms, larger pecs. Thin waste, with a little six pack. Inverted triangle look but not huge.

Since I am agender, I'd hate to look like a body builder.

(Not so) oddly I think the most aesthetically pleasing body and therefore perfect body for myself would be one with pronounced bones in certain areas.
The shadows and shapes that form on the body in such circumstances are beautiful, so that would be the pinnacle of perfection.
