Can someone please explain the meaning of ‭Isaiah‬ ‭6‬:‭8? Is it referring to God calling you to spread the gospel or is it referring to God telling you to do *anything*, whether it be to minister, attend a mission trip, or become a doctor?

None of the above. In context it's about Isaiah's calling as a prophet.

I understand it can be using Isaiah as an example, to show that God has a special plan and mission for each of us.

And, yes, this would mean whatsoever God desires for each of us. And God personally communicates with each of us, howsoever He pleases . . . like how, in this example, God personally communicated with Isaiah. But how He does communicate can be creative . . . not a "carbon copy" of how He relates with anyone else :)

But you might consider how Jesus did not only use His apostles to preach, but He chose them, "that they might be with Him, and that He might send them out to preach" > in Mark 3:14. So, Jesus wants us, first, to be with Him.
