The demands of knowlege

[Luke 12:48]; For whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required and to whom men have committed much of him they will ask the more.

We live in the times of fulfillment of prophesy for in the last days, the Bible says, knowledge shall increase. It means that in this generation, there is a blank cheque in the spirit by which a man can choose to know as much as he possibly can.

Infact, the Bible says that God shall cause a famine, not for bread and water but for the word of God. This famine is to make men seek for that which he has already provided.

Now when the scriptures speak of requiring much from whom much is given, it is not just the instance of the Day of Judgment like many think, where the Lord will ask his servant to give account of that which was given.

Rather the demand and the requirement are those instances and opportunities that must put to test what the man knows.

The demand is when the Jew requires a sign and you must show him a sign because at that point, the wisdom you spoke to the Greek does not suffice. The demand are those circumstances that question the word in you.

Because God requires a certain accountability from us, the knowledge that we have received must work in us.

When occasions demand child of God, you will not be wanting in the abilities of demonstration because it is not just information to you. It is the person of knowledge at work in you.
