Its called predictive programming. Also, Europol knows because nations in Europe and/or their allies are funding a majority of them. Even on the deep web you need massive amounts of money to buy weapons like the ones "Europol" is trying to insinuate "Muzzie cave-dwelling terrorists who follow a silly fairy tale book" are stockpiling. And, how would they know they are stockpiling unless they have massive surveillance showing this (which begs the question of why they are being allowed to stockpile in the first place.)

So, now that we have heard this, we won't be surprised if (when) something happens, and we will even be focused on something like this happening. Tens of millions of people focused on a neighborhood of type of events... if I was practicing "arts," that would be a deep well of already focused energy to manipulate.
