Romans 8:11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quickenyour mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. KJV

Romans 8:11 and if the Spirit of Him who did raise up Jesus out of the dead doth dwell in you, He who did raise up the Christ out of the dead shall quicken also your dying bodies, through His Spirit dwelling in you. YLT

Sounds like one of the things the Holy Spirit does is quicken our bodies. IOW heals us.

When God first freed me and poured His incredible love into the depths of my being healing every hurt I'd had it was like my physical body was cleaned out as well. So yes God can purify our physical bodies. I had an unclean spirit I think though so when God's Holy Spirit got rid of that everything was so clean and new it was really amazing. Our God is so amazing and merciful and powerful because I didn't think that stuff would ever be gone but God intervened.
