Take a breath on the shoreline of the river of life.

hi all

do you ever feel like you dived into to many pools of discontent
to many sideline streams of debate
and find you've been swimming too long without breath ?

at times it is so wonderful to come up out of those waters and sit quietly in the shine of the son by the river of life and rest a while .
to reflect only on the lord and the beauty of his Holiness and how much he loves all those with whom we at times debate and how much we should likewise love them as he does .
and in that reflection of love be refreshed in our hearts and minds of his everlasting tenderness toward us all
his ever present Spirit working mightily in us to conform us ALL ..

bless the lord Oh my soul and ALL that is within me ,bless his holy name ,
bless the lord Oh my souls and forget not ALL his benefits,
he forgives all my sin
heals all my dis-ease
and crowns me with loving kindness .

i breathe of you oh lord, I drink of your perfect goodness ,for in you we live and breath and have our being .

let all say of the lord HE is good HE is good .
