No, they are just perfect little mildly flavored sugar wafers.

We used to lick them and use them as 'makeup' as kids - the dye would come off on our eyes or lips or cheeks much to our mothers' annoyance!

...And knowing just a little about statistics, I don't think that the fact that I don't buy tickets affects my odds of winning by that much.

lol I use to lick the coating off too until all that was left was the chocolate center. lol ...but I never used them for play make up.
