It started up last year with severe fatigue. Then it went to body aches.
Then th heart pain started. I've had a few tests done on my heart but they came up clear (a lung ct, chest X-ray, some blood tests and ecgs).
All through the day I am in pain. I've gone to hospital and treated terribly and same at the doctors. It's so bad I don't want to live. Along with this I have unusual other pains which involve severe stomach pain, twitching, throbbing in my body and today I found a lump in my throat. I can barely stand some days because of the pain. Even moving can send my heart rate rocketing. Or my heart rate delays. I've had so much symptoms it's insane.
I've been praying and others too. Which keeps me going.

My doctor checks my pulse and listens to my heart which is always ok at the time for him. No unusual beats at the time.
I've asked for others tests and to see a cardiologist and a event monitor. But I'm ignored. He laughs and says its only anxiety.
The pain is so much to bear and I can't find the source. I can get my adrenal glands checked because I have anxiety and so they won't check it.

My anxiety is a causing people to not treat me seriously. I've been booted from hospital to not return too.

How can I see a specialist? I've tried other doctors and they all say "anxiety" or I'm a hypochondriac

No, in fact I am not stressed at all.
Yesterday I went out and got hit with a "high" and felt unusually happy.
Things just went "snap" four months ago and now my health is worse than ever. My heart feels like It is failing all day.
Because of my anxiety that's all anyone will see. When there could be something increasing the symptoms. Which have built over months.
I am aware adrenal function can do things like this. Feel so stuck!
And yes I will be seeing a councillor but they won't magically make these unusual symptoms disappear. There is something there and the doctors have even said so :(

How can I get tests??

Hi Dreamingmoon.
I could have written your opening post myself. The same thing happened to me last year.
My symptoms were overwhelming fatigue, pins and needles, muscle twitching, muscle weakness, sensitivity and pain all over. It was an effort to even stand up at times. Unfortunately I was not taken seriously by anyone because I have health anxiety. So I was sent home from hospital twice and the doctors just kept giving me anxiety medication.
Finally, routine blood tests revealed that my Vitamin D levels were severely low which my doctor believed had lead to a bone condition called Oestomalacia. I was then put on Vitamin D tablets and within a few days I was feeling much better.
So my first advice to you is to get your vitamin levels and thyroid checked, if you haven't already.
These blood tests are easy to do and even doctors who aren't taking you seriously shouldn't object to letting you have these blood tests.

My second bit of advice is to pray and lean on God.
When I was going through this and I felt like no one believed me, I loved talking to God because I felt like he was the only one listening to me. He is always there for you even when you feel others are not. I drew lots of peace and comfort from that thought.
Lean on him and trust him during your anxious times. He will be there when you feel like no one else is.

I Will pray for you and if you feel like talking to someone who has been through this, you can pm me any time.

Sounds like good advice! I really hope this helps you DreamingMoon, I can't imagine haven't those symptoms out of nowhere and not knowing what to do. But now it looks like you have a direction to go in.

Many conditions that are not recognized or treated by allopathic M.D.s can be effectively treated and healed with natural medicine, and now many N.D.s, Naturopathic Doctors are covered under Obamacare insurances. I saw one myself and the visit was covered. I had adrenal fatigue for years and regular medicine could do nothing to help. Please seek out a naturopath. It could make a huge difference.

You can try the following;

1. Eat only when you are hungry, or during maximum of 8 hours each day, and the other 16 hours do not eat anything. That is called 'Intermitten Fasting', and will help to clean all your organs and cells in the body, from toxins, accumulated through the years. It does not matter when you eat during the day or night, but what matters is for you to eat only during 8 hours each day and no more.
2. Eat only whole foods, which have not been processed.
3. Drink water and liquids, only when you are thirsty.
4. Try to do some light exercise everyday, like brisk walking or jogging.

God will heal us, but we also have to change something. It is like a standing in the middle of a motorway, hopping God to protect you. No, you have to remove yourself, and go away. God is not going to remove you.

OP, I have no idea how old you are but I can see it says you are a girl.
I'm in my late 20's, I have a handful of female friends at church who are in their 30's and my mother is in her mid 50's.
All of us have issues with fatigue and aches and pains.
They were linked to allergies. But the allergies were caused by immune issues.
For me and my mom, it's genetics. But for me especially, it's leaky gut.
That's also the story for a woman in her 40's I know.
Too many courses of antibiotics to treat the various sinus infections and respiratory infections caused little tears in the intestines and food particles can get out.
The result is IBS at times, and the fatigue and flu-like pain. That's because our bodies are treating the food particles that escaped like an infection and attacking them. It's not extremely severe for me but it has been for my friends.
Two of my friends have Hashimoto's. One is 35 and the other is 60. That also causes bouts of fatigue, pain, stomach issues with various foods, etc...
We all have something in common: we are gluten free now.
Gluten isn't neccessarily bad when you're not celiac,
but when you have other immune issues, IBS, hashimotos or leaky gut,
eliminating it from your diet as well as cheese, high sugars and heavy fats,
is most beneficial.
All of us eat many veggies and fruits, some yogurt, minimal red meat, raw and organic, coconut and almond, eggs, fermented foods....
One girl is dairy free.
and we feel better for it.

PS> The anxiety only makes it worse. Every time I have a strange symtom or one that persists too many days, I freak out too. And then it only hurts more. The best you can do for yourself is move forward with life and try not to think about it. hard at times, yes, I know... In February I drove an hour to meet my mom for a day at the mall and I was hurting all over due to said allergy/leaky gut issues. But I knew staying home wouldn't fix it. It doesn't matter whether I sleep or stay active, it's time and avoiding certain foods and taking my supplements that helps. So I went and while we were having fun shopping I realized I wasn't thinking too much about it so I wasn't feeling it. But then when I was alone in the car again... ouchie. Because I was alone with my thoughts to obsess over it.

Worked for several years with someone who needed to go to the hospital every month for ivs (usually to be re-hydrated).
Doctors in 3 or 4 states , private offices, clinics, and hospitals WERE NO HELP except to help with urgent/acute needs.... They did dozens if not hundreds of tests to no avail. (I think they KNEW what to do, but refused to because there was MORE MONEY in NOT IDENTIFYING what was wrong).

EXACTLY! YES !
and/or --- a support group of other lay people who have been through fibramyalgia, chronic pain syndrome, lupus, cancer, ms, and similar dysfunctions in the body.
A LOT can be done that is REFUSED by "official" channels.

All of us have issues with fatigue and aches and pains.
In some cities in the national broadcast television documentaries (pbs) and news this year, similar experiences are happening
in clusters, due to radiation, or lead in the water supply, or other poisons in the water or air or food.
Mal-nutrition combined with multiple chemical exposures (fluoride, mercury, chlorine, lead, arsenic, cadmium, and hundreds of others)
have resulted in all bad effects in those affected.
PS> The anxiety only makes it worse.
Yes - "stress" exacerbates almost all kinds of conditions (makes them all worse).
Look into natural stress relief for the body/ nervous system/ from
local health conscience groups or national /international groups with a history of 3 years or more of good results.
The most surprising result for many people is regaining 20/20 vision that they didn't expect!

This thread is over a year old and the person who started it has not been on this forum since July of LAST year. So you are giving advice to yourself.
Read any thread on this forum from , basically ever.(or most other forums).
See some similarity there ?
i.e. you're right, but so? That's standard here.(and most places).
Also, did that person die ? There have been several posters gone for years and come back either just to check things, get active again, or do nothing.
Just like 'life' in this world....... weird, unpredictable, mostly ... um.... well, mostly not good. (outside of Christ)

Hi Dreamingmoon, I am sorry to hear about your medical problems. I am experiencing some of the same things.

I was wondering....do you have an oximeter and blood pressure machine so you can check your vitals? It may help to get these and then keep a written log for your doctor.

Also you may want to consider changing doctors if your current one isn't helping.
