I just discovered "The Christian in Complete Armour "(3 Volume Set) by William Gurnall ,and I so agree with the assessments of Charles Spurgeon,John Newton, and Dave Wilkerson on it,being "second only to the Bible"!

I only read one of Spurgeon's sermons on Conversion, which are diffecult to read. I am sure that you should also enjoy the works of Jonathan Edwards, Martin Lloyd Jones, and Francis Schaeffer.
