I was listening to a radio show on Friday that was reading bits of this novel. It's just twisted. They also read from other Republican novels, like Bill O'Rielly's "Those Who Trespass" That one has a passage in it that is exactly like the transcript from his phone sex debacle from last year. There are a couple other novels by famous Republicans, but now I cant remember who they are. They were all somewhat twisted and involved either directly dominating women or doiing yucky stuff to women like the girl in the bear cage passage quoted in the OP.
