"Science" does not. Forensic anthropologists do. There is a difference.

I'm curious what your objection is here? Do you think a Jewish man from Judea would have light brown, almost blonde, wavy hair, pale skin and blue eyes? He looks exactly like what I would expect a Middle Eastern Rabbi to look like.

You're right, Jesus probably didn't look like this. This picture portrays someone who seems quite kept in appearance. Jesus would certainly not have had the wealth to be this groomed. Jesus would likely have been simply unshaven, this figure looks far too neat for an itinerant apocalypticist wandering the desert.

Agree. Do we really need to get bunched up over evvvvverything out there? It's an opinion. It's speculation. If it perhaps varies from our image or perception, must it therefore be an insulting attack?

I have to say I don't know how that first post picture could be construed as insulting unless the poster has an issue with a certain race.

I tend to think the Christ of history looks like what was gleaned from the shroud of Turin. Ray Downing produced the latest experiments to draw out the image.
