Yes I am being nosey.

We met on a dating website, and will be "meeting" for the first time on our "date." He seems very nice, quiet (I'm scared for him ), polite, intelligent and gentle.

I wouldn't know what to add. All I'm thinking is that I hope the guy's putting as much thought into his outfit as you are 'cuz you're gonna look amazing and it'd be a cosmic injustice for him not to attempt to live up to it.

He texted me this morning; went a little like this:

B: "Good morning!"

"Good morning. How are you?"

B: "I'm excellent. I have this sneaking suspicion that you have been praying for me."

"Hah. I did!! I'm glad you're feeling better."

B: "Thanks." "So.....too late for a Saturday date?"

"I don't think so but let me check with my babysitter."

B: "Okay, I'll understand if it's too late but I really hope it isn't."

OK, it's impossible to extrapolate his true feelings from that exchange but I will say this ... these two lines in particular are encouraging ...

That makes sense. Its extremely hard when someone is in a position like that. Did you ask him if there is anything you can do to help? I am sure you did!
Just tell him you are there for him if he needs anything.
