Saint Names Help Please!

Hello lovely people!

So here is my dilemma, I really want to use the name Celine but I can not find an Orthodox Saint bearing that name. Could someone please help me?

If there is no Saint Celine, is there a Saint name that means heaven?

you are in luck. there is one who is a pre Schism Western Saint (got this from a Catholic site). so yes, there is a St Celine

well, usually it's what Rome commemorates is the same for us because she was before the schism. the reason you might not find her is that since she is a more obscure Western saint, she just might not be up on any of our calendars, but that does not meant she does not have a feast day or anything, it just means that it is not on the websites or wall calendars yet.

Isnt Celine short for Celestine? Which is why it means heaven?

I don't know. My best friend's Catholic and is named after Saint Celine and I want to use the name so I was hoping we had an equivalent.

Well there is a St Celestine who was pope of old Rome in the early 5th century.

That is too funny, my husband and I were looking through names last night and saw him! We are reading a daily lives of the saints (the prologue of ocrid) and looking through the year to get ideas we saw him.
