NO - WA - take them before it gets to that stage . Once the pain is under control then you will be able to lengthen to time between doses. Make sure you take enough before you go to bed so you get a decent sleep - that helps the healing process.

i hate everything about narcs.

i have high tolerance for pain.. but i'd rather wait it out a while than being drugged.

If the pain reducer is also anti-inflammatory, I think it's important to take it, because I'm sure the burn is causing inflammation.

im supposed to take ibuprophen for swelling.
vicodan doesnt have anti-inflammatory.
it just makes you drowsy for sure.

i had to change bandages. hard to do by yourself, but i did a good job.

Yikes! That looks like it hurts! Glad it does not look as bad as I feared. You look like you might get by with little damage!

i hope so - it looks weird...
and i dont like the color discoloration.
but yah - hurts.
however; with much prayer - its not as painful. [and my high tolerance kicked in]
it's seeping and it's gonna peel...i was told. fun fun.

my hand palm is all weird looking from being wrapped up, too.

I slept until almost 2 today... 2 pm.
So im not doing the drugs - i have to get up early - i probably wont if i take them again.
I have to call in for an appt for dr to check my burn.

sleeping most of the day away - i feel like i threw my whole day down the stinker.
i hate sleeping so much.

I got back from doc's office.
[she's such a meathead]
She didnt give me any more pain meds - more than likely forgot. Or didnt bother.
It's not infected.
I have one more week ff work - bad news - no pay.
I got my taxes delivered to my accountant. That's out of the way - now i have to find
out what i owe.
And so i sit.

Waiting for new skin, new something or other.

The pain is picking up...i guess that happens when you lose your skin...and its flippin raw.
i have to call the dr's office and ask them to fax a script...
i seriously feel cranky right now.
