Let's begin a short tribute to the voice of the late Johnny Maestro. I have posted most of his bigger hits before, but here are some long forgotten ones.

What a great find!

He is one of the few to have had 3 recording careers. First with The Crests, then a short lived solo, and lastly with The Brooklyn Bridge. I am not sure why (maybe legal reasons?), when the doopoo reunions were held, all performances were done under The Brooklyn Bridge name, even if the songs were from The Crests.
