I'd rather eat an orange, I think juice is wasteful and fairly unhealthy (spikes your blood sugar etc). But if I had to pick, I'd pick with pulp because at least it will have a bit of fiber in there as opposed to if it's all strained out. Also I find all OJ on the shelf/in supermarkets awfully sour and rotten tasting, because it literally is old and rotten.

I agree with those who've said, if I wanted pieces of orange, I'd just eat an orange! Would you want apple shreds in your apple juice? Chunks of curd in your milk? I'm not a huge OJ fan, anyway :D Now my husband on the other hand, likes to "chew" his juice :sick:
