Why would Cuba want to do business with America when America has the power to take whatever..and people are left with nothing...

I wasn't crying. lol why would think I was crying? I was voicing my opinion. That's it!

If you want to not look at the circumstances of the two, and claim Cuba didn't seize American assets I guess you can do that. Property, businesses, bank accounts, etc were seized after the Cuba Revolution. It pretty well documented. They own everything in that country now - the government. Personally, I doubt anyone - including the Cuban's people assets that were stolen are returned either.

As I said before if you want to view this as 'the same thing' I guess you can do that. There are differences whether you wish to acknowledge them or not. Technically, Iran's assets were frozen not stolen.

It will be interesting to see where the relationship goes from here on out. Hopefully, it will be beneficial to everyone.

I give the regime 10 years....and the Castro brothers and their revolution will be but a distant memory.
There is no way the Cuban government can withstand the onslaught of American ideas, commerce and tourism.
Ironically, many of the President's Cuba policy opponents seem to lack faith in the power of such ideas....

True, but their lives will forever be embedded in the history books.
Another important concern is, who is going to fill the void when the Castro brothers pass on?
