Prayer request - lots of little things

I have no one big thing to ask for prayers for, just a bunch of temptations, sins I'm backsliding on or been struggling with for a while now, stress, anxieties, planning regarding the future - a bunch of little-ish things that are kind of weighing down on me. I'd be very grateful for prayers =)
