John 18:38 Pilate saith unto Him, "What is truth?" And when he had said this, he went out again unto the Jews, and saith unto them, "I find in Him no fault at all.

That was truth! Pilate's question is interesting. What is truth? Paul tells us....

2 Thessalonians 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. (12) That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
There we are shown that those that perish don't perish because they don't have the truth, don't know the truth but...don't have LOVE OF the truth. They prefer their deception, they "had pleasure in unrighteousness."

John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."

John 14:16-17 And I will pray the Father, and He shall give you another Comforter, that He may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; Whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth Him not, neither knoweth Him: but ye know Him; for He dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

John 16:13 Howbeit when He, the Spirit of truth is come, He will guide you into all truth: for He shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever He shall hear, that shall He speak: and He will shew you things to come.

1 Corinthians 14:25 And thus are the secrets of his heart made manifest; and so falling down on his face he will worship God, and report that God is in you of a truth.
The Holy Spirit is IN US, that is a truth! The Spirit guides us, those that love God and seek Him, "into all truth." Not others for, "the world cannot receive" or "knoweth Him." Does He give us all truth at once? No, the love of the truth but not all the truth....

John 16:12 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.

Luke 12:42-43 And the LORD said, "Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season? Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
He feeds us what we can bear, can understand, as we study His Word. This is an awesome thing but it comes with a warning.....

Hebrews 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

Nice post.

Like Pilate, the Jewish leaders and people didn't find fault either. They had asked all their questions, until they asked no more of the Lamb without spot or blemish.
