I'm sorry, but no. "Dude" isn't a racist term. It isn't referring to a race.The reference to me as “Dude” could also be deemed as racist also my friend.
I did read in the rules about mocking including public figures, but that really is not truly enforced to the extent that it could be.

It depends. And that's the problem. It all depends on context. We could go on forever about this, but I don't think we want to.“White house food tonight baby”, if that would also be deemed a racist statement.
