Netanyahu: 'The UN obsessively hostile towards Israel'

Well he finally said it. Netanyahu put his glasses on, took them off again quickly, mentioned his first time speaking before the UN, and actually said:

"then (31 yrs ago) as now, the UN was obsessively hostile towards Israel"

So he puts it in past tense, but by saying "as now" it becomes equivalent to "the UN is obsessively hostile towards Israel."

Quite interesting move, I don't recall this being said before (in front of the actual UN, in a planned speech).
