Lost Christmas Money Found And Returned

Newport, RI (AHN) - Robert Leno Senior and his family will have a merry Christmas, thanks to Babeth Miglio.
Miglio found an envelope filled with cash, which the Lenos planned to use as Christmas money to buy gifts.

Leno's wife, Emily, cashed a check for over two-thousand dollars, but says the money must have somehow fallen out of her purse as she was getting out of a car.

Migilo found the bills on a street in Newport, Rhode Island, and promptly turned the cash over to police.

Officers were able to verify the money belonged to the Lenos by information found within the envelope.

Leno says he still can't believe they got the money back. They'll be using the cash for presents for their grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
