The first thing that comes to mind is talking to everyone I love, and letting them know I love them, and making SURE they knew my hope of seeing them again in the resurrection! (and yes, I try to do this anyway, but I'd push it if it were my LAST day) ... I'd also spend time with my family and some time in prayer. I might eat pineapple upside down cake.
