Seems a bit pointless, but he has a point- Jesus' human rights were violated, and Pilate did mistreat him by having him executed. I doubt the ICC will treat this seriously, but just remember- without Jesus' sacrifice, we wouldn't have Christianity or His salvation today.

Sounds silly to me.

Jesus rights were likely violated, but then so were millions of other peoples' through-out history. Are we going to spend centuries doing this for everyone?

Umm, without that violation, as Supreme said above, there wouldn't be a Christianity. The entire concept of Biblical salvation requires Jesus to take the fall.

I'm not sure this guy has thought everything through.

ah, his conviction was nullified and his death sentence was revoked by God after three days.
You can't undo his suffering, so it is a waste of time.
He should really read the bible.
