I'm sure the turmoil was so great during the Flood, that a steam roller would have been tossed around by the currents like a stick.

I doubt it.
Floods/torrents on land would wash things downhill to the rising sea, until the land was underwater.

But if the sea itself was raging so hard, I doubt the ark - or any craft - would have stood a chance.

Well, when it "your" profession they are deliberately misrepresenting, yeah, I have a big problem with that. Not only with the dishonesty, but doing it to influence others who have no idea that what they are being told is not true. That is the wrong reason(s) to believe in God.
