NEWARK, N.J. — A judge has agreed to allow New Jersey's worst serial killer to donate a kidney, but the donor and his doctors have to meet conditions.

This man has claimed to have killed 40 hospital patients.. claiming he was 'helping them to die'. Now he wants to donate a kidney to a friends relative? He should donate both of his kidneys. Donate the one to his friends relative.. and the other to a hospital patient in desperate need of one.
