Is God ultimately responsible for evil?

With other humans, at least you have a similar
point of reference. We live, age and die. What
God does is always good, even if it looks evil
from our point of view.

But by this view, we can do evil things and justify them saying "God made me do it! Trust me! It looks evil, but it is really good!"

We know what love is right? If we don't, how can we love?

If we know what love is, then we can know what love isn't.

And when we see attrocities, we can know they aren't the act of God.

men, women, children and animals in
some of the cities they conquered?

What about Noah's flood, when all but a
few men and animals died?

Elisha cursed children and bears came out
and tore them, presumably to death.

The two prophets of Revelation will be able
to stop rain wherever they will. That may
cause some people to starve.

These are tough questions but I do know this, "Jesus is the exact representation of Gods character" (Hebrews 1:3).

Flood? God warned everyone and it grieved Him to have to bring the flood, but their evil was causing too much suffering. No wrath or anger, just mercy. And God said He won't ever do it again.

Later, God became Israels ally. By covenant He had to do things that veil His true character. The covenant veiled Him.

those were evil seeming deeds. And if they
had been done by man, they would have
been evil. We do not have the knowledge
or wisdom to question God, only trust that
he is always good, whatever happens.

Yeah true. I just want to be really sure that I'm not attributing to God something done by Satan.

No. I never once have thought of the flood as wrong.
Nor of YHWH'S judgment TODAY, and to come.
We [Ecclesia born again set apart in HIM] have the mind of CHRIST.
HE gives us the understanding of SCRIPTURE (ALWAYS TRUE, PERFECT AND RIGHT).
as in
" Then opened HE their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,"
Y'SHUA the GOOD SHEPHERD KNOWS PERFECT. AND Reveals Perfect. And Simple. TRUTH.
Perfect HARMONY COMPLETE and WHOLE.
Never any contradiction with HIS WORD.
Never any spot , wrinkle, nor doubt with YHWH.
Only what is GOOD and TRUE and HOLY.
