When it comes to the "slam man," Whosoever looks at a woman with adultery in his heart is guilty of adultery----i think the same would apply to beating the crud out of a person-substitute while imagining it is the person.

Leave the house when he comes over if your sister and mother invite him in. Go for a walk if you dont have the ability to drive anywhere. And the noise cancelling headphones is also a good idea. It is good to continue to struggle with your cross of sexual attraction, but if you dont struggle with the cross of hating this boy, does the first struggle really accomplish anything?

Just remember, more than anything, that hating him hurts you more than it hurts him. Missing out on the Glory of God in Heaven, all because you don't like your sister's best friend is a pretty poor excuse.

Avoiding him altogether is probably your best bet.
