It's amazing how many women go through this, and have no way of regaining their voice in the household. Did you ever imagine this would happen when you got married!

I wish there were more supports for women before they got to the emergency-legal stage.

I never imagined all the stuff I've had to deal with when I got married. If I had had any idea at all it would turn out this way, I would have run screaming the other way.

Give lesley and her daughter peace and strength.
Let them know Your love and protection.
And Lord, convict this man of his desperate need of You.
Open his eyes to see what he is doing to his family.
Lord, only You can resolve this.
