At my job, it depends on how long you've been there and what your position is. I am at 3 weeks now and should have 4 next year, I believe.

I voted "none". Homemakers/SAHMs don't get vacation. You can dismiss my vote if you want to, though. Some companies (when you have to fill out forms) list "homemaker" as an occupation option and some don't; I realize that works with people in general too.

I have as much time as I want and can take it as I need, as long as I give 2 weeks notice. As such, my cap is unlimited.

My husband has 8 weeks and 4 days when he's at his max.

Three weeks (but it accrues at 9.5 hours per month, so I don't start January with three weeks of vacation time for the year) plus two floating "holidays", which is a new perk they added a few years ago.

IN the UK we do get reasonable time off in office based jobs - typical is 20 days plus the statutory bank holidays (are there 10? I forget).

If I were looking for a job, I would wonder why a company didn't offer at least 20 days. In my current job I get 25 days. This will increase with length of service.
