I didn't know anything about the Deputy Director of the FBI. It looks to me like he is very experienced and knowledgeable about terrorism. He has only been in the FBI since 1996 and he came up quickly. Glad to see they have what appears to be competent people in place.

Let's untangle this. The title says Hillary Clinton bribed the FBI.

However, the article instead says a PAC and the Virginia Democratic party gave the money. Now, how it's surprising that the democratic party would provide funding for democratic campaigns isn't clear. But let's set that aside, Hillary ordered that money given to her campaign, right? Wrong, Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe is said to have influenced it. But he's involved in Clinton's bid for the presidency, right? Nope, he was involved in her 2008 bid for the nomination. But the husband of the person that the Virginia democratic committee was influenced to give money to by the governor who 8 years ago was a co chair of a primary campaign 8 years ago was totally the guy who was running the Clinton investigation, right? Nope, Andrew McCabe got promoted long after all this.

So, let's see if I've got this right,
1. James Comey didn't bring charges against Clinton
2. Andrew McCabe is Comey's deputy director
3. McCabe's wife once ran for office
4. The virginia Democratic party supported her run
5. Terry McAuliffe, the governor of Virginia has some influence over the Virginia Democratic party

2. The money directed by McAuliffe began flowing two months after the FBI investigation into Clinton began in July 2015. You said "once ran for office." Yes... AFTER the investigation began and AFTER the payoff.

4. James Comey laid out the specific crimes that Hillary committed before recommending that she not be charged... but anyone else would. He then testified before Congress and was forced to admit again and again that Hillary's testimony under oath was all completely false.
5. It is not even arguable that Hillary is innocent. She committed multiple felonies, compromised national security and in all likelihood the Wikileaks hackers gained access to the accounts they hacked through her emails.
6. Knowing that Hillary intentionally violated the law, no person of sound moral character would EVER consider making her president of the US. Fortunately for her, many who care very little for the equal application of the law still admire her husband who was impeached for lying under oath and obstructing justice. Many Democrats will vote for this person they know to be guilty of multiple crimes simply because she was born with ovaries.

Right Hillary clinton's former cochair from a previous election is involved with the Virginia Democratic Party (being an elected democrat in virginia) which gave money to try and elect a democrat running for state senate, who was married to a guy who would later become the deputy director under the guy who didn't bring charges against Hillary. 6 Degrees of HILLARY SCANDAL! Let me get this straight.

The Democratic Governor of Virginia, Terry McAuliffe, had the Virginia Democratic Party PAC, Common Good VA, give money to support the (State?) Senate campaign of Dr Jill McCabe. $675,000, directly or indirectly controlled by Mr McAuliffe, went to support her $1.8 million campaign.

Dr McCabe happens to be wife of Andrew McCabe, who was then associate deputy director at the FBI.

Dr McCabe ran for senate in early 2015 and was beaten by the incumbent Republican candidate. Her husband, who sought legal advice over conflicts of interest related to her run at the Senate, took no active role in the campaign apart from being her husband.

In early 2016, about eight months after the election, Mr Cabe was promoted to position of deputy director. In that position, he was FBI director James Comey’s second-in-command, taking an oversight role in the investigation into Secretary Clinton’s emails.

And this is a smoking gun?

The argument seems to be that a Clinton friend, advisor, fund raiser and ally, bought favoritism from the wife of the 2IC of the FBI when it was investigating her emails, to ensure that no charges would be brought.

Yet, the timelines on this don't even remotely match up. This is more tenuous than Trump's hair.
