Well this is the first forum that i have been on but i will give it a try. I stumbled across this site when my husband and i were looking for a site where we could chat together while i was at work since i cannot talk on the phone or for that matter at all because i am on voice rest for one month. I look forward to getting into some of the discussions that are going on in this site.

ps- why are you on voice rest?

I have nodules on my vocal cords and hemorrhaging as a result of singing. I am constantly singing whether in the choir at church, in the car, or even around the house. So now i have to rest my voice for a month in hopes that the hoarseness will go away and if that doesn't work then i have to have speech therapy and voice lessons to try and correct any problems.
