I'll be making 3 topics on different Bible things. These will be discussed as regular. Once I make my post, everybody is free to discuss this topic. This is for new Christians. This topic is about FAITH

What is FAITH? Here are the roots of FAITH:

Foolish sinner
Accomplishes
Ideal
Truth
By the Holy Spirit

That's faith. We are all sinners. Follish sinners.

When the Holy Spirit reveals to us the Ideal Truth, we begin to have Faith. Therefore, that's the ROOT of FAITH.

It is the foundation. When we learn about God and His marvelous love and promises, we have FAITH.

How do we learn the Ideal Truth of God? The Holy Spirit reveals it to us. We read the Bible, He interprets it.

It's as simple as that.

We learn about God, we begin to have FAITH IF the Holy Spirit reveals it to us.

He does this if we truly trust that He will. If we truly love God, if we want to be saved, if we wan't to love God, then the Holy Spirit will help you.

In a nutshell, a sincere heart for God equals the Holy Spirit helping you with your desire about God.

May God bless you.

Faith is like an open hand, waiting to receive the gift. Sometimes the hand gets tired of waiting, but still waits for the gift to be manifested and be obvious, so it can receive it. Faith waits for the answer of prayer, to become obvious and manifested. Faith is a type of hope for now, because hope always waits for the answer of prayer, to be manifested and become obvious at any time. But hope itself, is for the future - Hebrews 11:1.

We have already received faith from God, the faith of God: 2 Peter 1:1, Galatians 5:22, Romans 12:3, Mark 11:22. The original Greek in Mark 11:22 says: 'Have the faith OF God'. That is the faith, which God gives to a person."

"Faith is based on God's will for us, which is what God has said in his Word - Romans 10:17, 1 John 5:14-15"

“The blessings of God, are for all believers, but are received only by those, who have faith to receive them. God never forces his gifts and blessings on anybody, but they are received only by those who want them, and have the faith to receive them. Our level of desire and faith, for the things of God, determines, how much and what we get from God.”

¨Faith in God and his Word, gives Him pleasure (Hebrews 11:6), because he loves to be trusted, but doubt in his Word, is like saying that his Word is not true, which makes God to be a liar (1 John 1:10). Doubt, grieves the Holy Spirit.¨

¨The Bible says, we have the mind of Christ. The mind of Jesus was the mind of faith. Faith in the Word of God. The mind of Jesus was thinking the Word. So should we.¨

¨That we are created in God´s image, in the Hebrew language means, that we are created to think as God thinks, and to resemble his character.¨

¨Faith comes, from believing the integrity of the Word of God, because the Word of God, is trustworthy.¨

¨The Bible says with (not for) God all things are possible, which means, with our faith in God, all thing are possible - (Matthew 19:26).¨

¨What we believe more, God´s Word, or what the eyes see.¨

¨Faith pleases God more than worry does, and faith glorifies God, but worry does not.¨

¨It is not possible to have worry and faith at the same time.¨

¨There is a very good reason for us to worry, if we do not have faith.¨

¨We have the choice to spend our lives worrying, or to spend our life in faith. Which one pleases God more?¨

Faith in God and his word means to believe what God says more than what people or circumstances say.

We look either to him, or we look at the circumstances, but we can not look at both, at the same time. Guess what pleases him more? Matthew 14:30

Trust 100 % only in God, but 50 % only in man.

It offends God, if we trust the circumstances to meed our needs, instead of him to meet those needs.

Faith is a matter of the heart and not of the mind - Romans 10:10

God expects less faith from a non believer, to perform a miracle in his life, than from a born again christian.

Only the Word of God does not change. Everything else does.

Faith is the door which a Christian must open in order to let the gifts in the room of his heart to be manifested.

God can do a miracle without you, but he wants to use you faith to do it - "your faith has healed you."

You feed your fear or your faith, by your thinking - Romans 12:2

The mind is the entrance for the doubt and fear, and not the spirit of man.

A christian lives by the principles of the Word, not by circumstances.

God's passion, is to be trusted.

Faith, like the muscle, has to face opposition and resistance, in order to be developed and become strong.

Faith in the Word of God means to think what God thinks for a particular thing. That is, we have to transform our mind, by the Word of God, and think what He thinks, and not what senses show us. We are called to transform our minds by the Word (Romans 12:1,2), and that is to think what God thinks about things. We are supposed to transform our mind, because the Bible says we have the mind of Christ.

Your thinking is your faith.

God does miracles by using your faith and through you.

Your attitude (believe or unbelieve) in the wilderness, will determine, how long you will stay in the wilderness, before you enter the promised land.

How you worship God in the wilderness, determines if you will enter the promised land.

When you ask God to do a miracle, he usually will give you instruction, to do something, based on your faith in him. He works through you, by using your faith, because he lives in you, and you and him are one in spirit.

Faith in God, is what your mind, can not figure out.

God love faith. It shows him that we trust him. He likes to be trusted, that is why, he wants to use your faith, when he wants to do something in your life. He wants your participation in what he is doing, and you to do your part.

God does a miracle through you believing and thinking, because he wants to use your faith, and not do a miracle, independent of you
