Before anyone freaks out and says I'm nuts for taking the picture, note that this was taken going probably 5mph on a road that never has any other cars and is surrounded by flat fields. (And that's exactly why I take that road instead of the bypass, which is usually covered in ice and crazy people. I can go as slow as I want without making anyone mad and IF I slide, worst case scenario, I slide into ... well, nothing.)
Got to see this old gal spring to life for the first time today following a lengthy restoration. It's a Grumman F6F-5 Hellcat that served with the U.S. Navy during WWII. Its always so exciting seeing these old birds breathing their first breath of new life. This one marks my seventh one. This summer it will be added to an ever growing list of restored WWII aircraft flown each weekend between May and September.
Me and a friend went into an abandoned apartment complex (it's pretty big, so we naturally enjoy good urban exploration across large places) and took some photos. Definitely my favorite.
Then me and two other girls and a guy friend went down to Ultra Music Festival and we had some leisure down in the Flordia Keys~
