I love teh tarik - malaysian sweet tea, frothy and goood. It always makes me think of butterbeer when I see it - it's insanely strong and sweet. I love it, but the best place I know to get it is only open at night so I have to get there really early if I want to sleep that night!

The people that own it are getting married tomorrow and I'm invited, the wedding will be lovely I'm sure but I can't wait to see what the food is like! Their food at the cafe is brilliant so... oh, and they specialise in vegetarian and vegan food, so lenten wedding lunch is a given

Oh my goodness - I'd forgotten about dolls teasets !

I had one - 4 cups and saucers , 4 tea plates , sugar bowl, cream jug and teapot - oh and wee metal teaspoons

Oh dear me - what memories .

I loved my tea set that I had as a kid. Unfortunately, around my brother nothing was safe. He broke just about everything in my tea set. He brought me some dishes from the trash dump, but they weren't the same as my tea set. He broke my Easy Bake Oven by taking it apart to see how it worked. He chopped up one of my dolls and put red paint all over her for his haunted house one year too.

I like my tea with just sugar in it. I much prefer black tea. My favorites are Earl Gray, Lady Gray, and English Breakfast teas.
